軟密封閘閥是一種經(jīng)常用于管道水的閥門,由于閥門內(nèi)的水流會(huì)流經(jīng)該產(chǎn)品閥的管道,所以閥門材質(zhì)的不同也會(huì)影響到內(nèi)部流水的水質(zhì),那具體有什么影響呢?

我國現(xiàn)有軟密封閘閥給水管網(wǎng)的管材一般采用鋼管、鑄鐵管,當(dāng)出廠水具有腐蝕性時(shí)或管道使用年限過長時(shí),管道內(nèi)壁就會(huì)腐蝕結(jié)垢,另外微生物的繁殖也會(huì)導(dǎo)致管道內(nèi)壁結(jié)垢。銹蝕物中含有大量的鐵、鉛、鋅和各種藻類,當(dāng)管道內(nèi)水流速度、方向或水壓發(fā)生突變時(shí),就會(huì)造成短時(shí)間的水質(zhì)惡化,出現(xiàn)鐵、錳、色度、濁度和指標(biāo)值的大幅度上升。有研究表明,對于未作防腐處理的金屬管道,當(dāng)年限超過5~10年時(shí),污垢就已達(dá)到了惡化水質(zhì)的程度,對于防腐處理較差的金屬管道,3~5年就開始出現(xiàn)腐蝕現(xiàn)象,管道使用年限越長,腐蝕越嚴(yán)重,水質(zhì)情況越糟糕。

The longer the service life of the pipeline, the more serious the corrosion is, and the worse the water quality is.
使用金屬作為給水管材料會(huì)對水質(zhì)構(gòu)成二次污染。一般來講,供水水質(zhì)在進(jìn)入城市管網(wǎng)管道之前,都能達(dá)到 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但因其不是純凈水,普遍含有某些金屬元素、化合物以及微生物。當(dāng)水在管道中流動(dòng)的時(shí)候,由于化學(xué)物的分,軟密封閘閥管道涂層材料的脫落,余氯衰減等原因,使得水和管內(nèi)壁的材質(zhì)發(fā)生化學(xué)作用。

1、汽缸上的電磁閥漏氣,可能是由于減壓閥中的氣壓過高。

2、汽缸的排氣孔漏氣,這是因?yàn)槠變?nèi)部的兩個(gè)活動(dòng)部件與缸體的密封處的密封圈出現(xiàn)老化現(xiàn)象。

3、汽缸的上下部漏氣,這是由于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)與氣缸的密封處的密封圈由于其執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的頻繁活動(dòng)而沒有達(dá)到密封的效果。

4、除上面的3種情況以外,還有另外一種情況也可能使汽缸漏氣,即汽缸中的彈簧損壞,由于力到不到位造成的,這也可能造成關(guān)不到位。

汽缸漏氣問題時(shí)相應(yīng)要在根據(jù)實(shí)際的情況來考慮,比如說軟密封閘閥是氣開的,還是氣關(guān)的。對于氣開的閥,我們可以關(guān)閉其兩端的手閥,然后讓中控將此閥打開,先將連接處的連接片拆開,然后將氣源切斷,此時(shí)將減壓閥處的氣體放掉,注意這時(shí)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)將轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90℃,之后換好以后相應(yīng)要注意將執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的搬回到原來的位置。

軟密封閘閥小于等于DN500時(shí),啟閉循環(huán)次數(shù)不少于500次,電動(dòng)閥不少于2500次。大于DN500時(shí),啟閉循環(huán)次數(shù)酌減。軟密封閘閥的操作性能和密封試驗(yàn),都應(yīng)在規(guī)定的操作扭矩或操作力下進(jìn)行。除常規(guī)的強(qiáng)度、密封、操作功能、尺寸、材料、低壓試驗(yàn)等檢測項(xiàng)目外,還須檢測防護(hù)性的環(huán)氧涂層。當(dāng)軟密封閘閥用于飲用水時(shí),還須進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生評價(jià)或第三方認(rèn)證。
