　　一般情況下，如果是關不嚴的話，先確認一下閥門是否有關閉到位，如果已經關閉到位后，還是存在泄露不能密封，那就再檢查密封面的情況。有些閥門的密封副是可拆卸的，那就拿出來進行研磨，再次試驗。如果還是關不嚴的話，那就必須返廠檢修或者更換閥門，以免影響閥門正常使用及出現工況事故等問題。

　　閥門關不嚴的原因一般有以下幾種

　　（1）有雜質卡在密封面，雜物沉積在閥門底處或墊在閥瓣與閥座之間；

　　（2）閥桿螺紋生銹，閥門無法轉動；

　　一、 有雜質卡住閥門密封面

1、 There are impurities blocking the sealing surface of the valve

　　閥門有時突然關不嚴，可能是閥門密封面間有雜質卡住，此時不應用力強行關閉，應把閥門稍開大一些，然后再試圖關閉，反復試試，一般即可排除，否則應進行再次檢查。也應保持介質的質量潔凈。

Sometimes the valve suddenly cannot be closed tightly, which may be due to impurities sticking between the sealing surfaces of the valve. At this time, no force should be used to close it. 　　對于通常在開啟狀態的閥門，偶然關閉時，由于閥桿螺紋已經生銹，也會發生關不嚴的情況。對于這種情況，可反復開關幾次閥門，同時用小錘敲擊閥體底部，即能將閥門關嚴，無需對閥門進行研磨修理。
