Problems to avoid unnecessary losses.
⑴ 球閥前后管線(xiàn)已準(zhǔn)備好。前后管道應(yīng)同軸，兩法蘭密封面應(yīng)平行。管道應(yīng)能 承受球閥的重量，否則管道上必須配有適當(dāng)?shù)闹巍?/div>
The pipelines before and after the ball valve are ready. The front and rear pipelines should be coaxial, and the sealing surfaces of the two flanges should be parallel. The pipeline should be able to withstand the weight of the ball valve, otherwise appropriate support must be provided on the pipeline.
⑵ 把閥前后管線(xiàn)吹掃干凈，掉管道內(nèi)的油污焊渣和一切其它雜質(zhì)。
(2) Purge the pipelines before and after the valve to remove oil, welding slag, and all other impurities from the pipeline.
⑶ 核對(duì)球閥的標(biāo)志查明球閥完好無(wú)損。將閥全開(kāi)全閉數(shù)次證實(shí)其工作正常。
(3) Check the markings of the ball valve to ensure that it is intact and undamaged. Fully open and close the valve several times to confirm its normal operation.
⑷ 拆去球閥兩端連接法蘭上的保護(hù)件。
Remove the protective components from the connecting flanges at both ends of the ball valve.
⑸ 檢查閥孔可能有的污物，然后清洗閥孔。閥座與球之間即使僅有微小顆 粒的異物也可能會(huì)損傷閥座密封面。
(5) Check the valve hole to remove any possible dirt, and then clean the valve hole. Even small particles of foreign material between the valve seat and the ball may damage the sealing surface of the valve seat.
開(kāi)始安裝球閥
Start installing ball valve
⑴ 把閥裝上管線(xiàn)。閥的任何一端都可裝在上游端。用手柄驅(qū)動(dòng)的閥可安裝在管 道上的任意位置。但帶有齒輪箱或氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的球閥應(yīng)直立安裝，即安裝在 水平管道上，且驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置處于管道上方。
Install the valve onto the pipeline. Either end of the valve can be installed on the upstream end. A valve driven by a handle can be installed at any position on the pipeline. But ball valves with gearboxes or pneumatic actuators should be installed vertically, that is, on horizontal pipelines, with the driving device above the pipeline.
⑵ 閥法蘭與管線(xiàn)法蘭間按管路設(shè)計(jì)要求裝上密封墊。
Install a sealing gasket between the valve flange and the pipeline flange according to the pipeline design requirements.
⑶ 法蘭上的螺栓需對(duì)稱(chēng)逐次均勻擰緊。
The bolts on the flange should be tightened symmetrically and evenly one by one.
⑷ 連接氣動(dòng)管線(xiàn)(采用氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器時(shí))。
⑷ Connect the pneumatic pipeline (when pneumatic driver is used).
⑴ 操作驅(qū)動(dòng)器啟閉球閥數(shù)次，應(yīng)靈活無(wú)滯澀，證實(shí)其工作正常。
(1) Operate the driver to open and close the ball valve several times, and ensure that it is flexible and free from stagnation, confirming its normal operation.
⑵ 按管路設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)管道與昆山良工球閥間的法蘭結(jié)合面進(jìn)行密封性能檢查。
(2) Conduct sealing performance inspection on the flange joint surface between the pipeline and Kunshan Lianggong ball valve according to the pipeline design requirements.
